Why do I need a certified translation and what type of certification do I need?
Affidavit (Sworn Translation)
An Affidavit may be required by the courts, for legal proceedings such as divorces etc. This is a declaration in writing made upon oath by the translator before a person authorised to administer oaths i.e. a solicitor, Notary Public or Commissioner for Oaths.
